Beginning tomorrow (Tuesday, July 29), Southern Minnesota Construction (SMC) of Mankato – the asphalt company – will be surfacing:
* 12th Street from 6th Avenue to 3rd Avenue.
* 4th Avenue from Golf Course Road to 11th Street
* 8th Street from 3rd Avenue to 4th Avenue.
* Additionally – it has been determined that all the asphalt on 2nd Avenue – from 12th Street to Cottonwood County #1 – as well as all the asphalt on Prince Street from 11th Street to 13th Street – will be removed and replaced. That work begins also begins tomorrow morning (Tuesday, July 29), and will continue through the week.
All of the work is connected with the City of Mountain Lake’s 2012-2014 Utility and Street Project.
