Funeral services for 58-year-old Randy Wilson of Mountain Lake, Minnesota will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday morning, January 25, at Sturm Funeral Home-Mountain Lake Chapel. The funeral home is located at 420 10th Street North.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 24, at the funeral home the day of the service from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Randy Wilson passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
Randy Burton Wilson was born in Wells, Minnesota on October 6, 1959, the son of Robert and Georgia (Moore) Wilson. He was baptized and later confirmed at the United Church of Mapleton, Minnesota. Randy spent his childhood growing up with his six sisters and one brother on the family farm, where he helped raise livestock and crops.
Randy graduated from Delavan High School in Delavan, Minnesota, in 1977.
He married Tracey Firchau on June 25, 1986. Their marriage was blessed with two children, Ashley and Kyle. They were married for 31 years. Randy and his family lived in Mapleton, Minnesota until 1996 when they moved to Arizona. In 2004, Randy and his family moved back to Minnesota and lived in Mountain Lake for 14 years.
Randy’s greatest joys in life came in 2005 and 2008 with the birth of his grandchildren, Chase and Chloie. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was always willing to help anyone that needed it.
Randy also loved to drive semi and had done so for many years in his life. He was well known for his big heart, quick wit and cheeky personality. When he walked into a room he would light it up with his humor and personality; it was never a dull moment. Randy will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Tracey of Mountain Lake; children, Ashley and Bruce Jensen of Mountain Lake and Kyle Wilson of Mapleton; grandchildren, Chase and Chloie Jensen of Mountain Lake; parents, Robert and Georgia Wilson of Delavan; mother-in-law, Dianne Firchau of Lewisville, Minnesota; brother and sisters, Diane (Denny) Schroeder of Waldorf, Minnesota, Cindy (Steve) Massop of Mapleton, Brenda (Craig) Timmerman of Mapleton, Cheryl (Dan) Haugh of Delavan, Robert Jr. (Bev) Wilson of Shakopee, Minnesota, Pat (Mike) Falck of Amery, Wisconsin and Jolene (Max) Hopkins of Elk River, Minnesota; brothers- and sister-in-law, Jeff (Nettie) Firchau of Lewisville, Jim (Jody) Firchau of St. James, Minnesota, Robin (Tim) Bocock of Mankato, Minnesota, Kevin Christenson of Dallas, Texas and Robert Firchau Jr. of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; 15 nephews; 15 nieces; 22 great-nephews; 14 great-nieces and many more extended family and friends.
Randy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Rex and Myrtle Wilson; maternal grandparents, George and Velma Moore, and niece, Megan Hopkins.
