Players, managers, coaches recognized prior to Wednesday, December 27 game
The Mountain Lake Area (MLA) Wolverine boys basketball team will honor the 2012-2013 squad prior to the MLA Holiday Tournament game against Tri-City United (TCU) of Montgomery on Wednesday, December 27 in the Mountain Lake Public High School Auditorium.
That night, the Wolverines will be playing a single game as part of the tourney starting at 6 p.m. The past team will be introduced prior to the tip-off.
The 2012-2013 team played in the inaugural season f the Mountain Lake Public and Mountain Lake Christian pairing into Mountain Lake Area.
The Wolverines’ overall record that season was 24-6, and 14-2 in the Red Rock Conference, earning a second-place finish. In addition, the Maroon-and-Silver were the 2A SubSectioin and Section Champions and played in the 2013 Minnesota State High School Class “A” Tournament.
