W/ML Cobra Coach Nick Kulseth named to elite group
During a Friday night, January 6 Windom Area boys basketball game, Windom/Mountain Lake (W/ML) Cobra Wrestling Coach Nick Kulseth was inducted into the Windom High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
Kulseth graduated from Windom Area Public High School, and wrestled for the Cobras under Coach Dave Elg. He was a three-time high school state champion, compiling a 190-19. He went on to wrestle for South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota, and during his time on the mat for the Jackrabbits, was at one point rataed seventh in the nation among 125-pounders.
