Crash occurred at intersection of Highway #4, Brown County Road #22
A Mountain Lake woman, 54-year-old Kirsten Hutchison, had no apparent injuries following a broadside accident at occurred at 12:24 p.m. on Monday afternoon, October 19, at the intersection of Highway #i4 and Brown County Road #22, at Milepost 56.
Hutchison, driving a 2005 Dodge Durango, was traveling east on Brown County Road #22. A 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe, driven by Roxanna Andersen, 76, of Hanska, was northbound on Highway #4. The vehicles collided in the intersection.
Andersen was transported by Sleepy Eye Ambulance to Sleepy Eye Medical Center in Sleepy Eye with non-life-threatening injuries.
Both the Durango and Tahoe received severe damage.
Assisting the Minnesota State Highway Patrol were the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, the Sleepy Eye Police Department and the Sleepy Eye Fire Department.
