Kanthy Vilvong transported to Sleepy Eye Hospital
Thirty-seven-year-old Kanthy T. Vilvong of Mountain Lake was taken by Sleepy Eye Ambulance to Sleepy Eye Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries following a one-vehicle rollover accident in Brown County at 8:53 p.m. on Monday evening, May 25.
Vilvong, the driver and lone occupant of a 2003 Acura 3.2 TL four-door, was eastbound on Minnesota Highway #14, 3.5 miles west of Sleepy Eye, when Vilvong lost control and rolled into the ditch.
It is unknown if Vilvong was wearing a seatbelt. Alcohol was detected.
The Acura was totaled in the accident.
Also assisting the Minnesota State Highway Patrol were the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and the Sleepy Eye Police Department.
