Beginning next Monday, November 10, the Sleepy Eye Medical Center will be offering a clinic in Comfrey. On Mondays, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Dr. John Pelzel, M.D., a physician covering obstetrics and family practice will be seeing patients, while on Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Sue Ahlness will cover appointments.
Medical services to be offered include:
* Adult and child physical exams.
* DOT (Department of Transportation) exams.
* Sports physicals.
* Prenatal obstetrics care.
*Chronic disease management.
* Acute illness and injury care.
* Minor procedures.
* Laboratory testing.
