High School wrestlers become sport and life role models en route to earning a varsity letter

As part of the requirements of earning a varsity letter in wresting, Windom/Mountain Lake Cobra Wrestling Squad Co-Head Coaches Nick Kulseth and Travis Elg (former Cobra wrestlers themselves), is spending time working with members of the Cobra Youth Wrestling Club during their practices.

Following are a few photographs from the Tuesday, January 28, 2014 practice in the “old gym” at Mountain Lake Public High School. This evening, a trio of seventh-grade wrestlers (Josiah Gardiner, Jesse Jepsen and Zachary Spinks), along with eighth-grade grappler (Jeff Wright) and Co-Head Coach Kulseth, were on hand, helping the young wrestlers learn their skills – as well as taking additional steps towards lettering in the sport in which they participate and love.
